Based upon our belief in the 4 pillars of golf fitness: Mobility, Balance, Speed and Power (MBSP). We assess your restrictions and open up the possibilities of a better golf swing and game. Through on-site or remote TPI assessments, customized on-site or remote training programs and individualized personal training, we are here to make you golf fit! MEET THE TEAM
President/Owner/Operator, TPI Level 1 Certified, NASM-PES (Pursuing)
I have been passionate about both golf and fitness since I was a teenager playing for my local high school golf team. For over 20 years I have been playing golf competitively at various amateur levels, winning high school, local, regional and national tournaments, maintaining a less than 2 handicap consistently. As a fitness fanatic, I have studied various forms of fitness programs and have transformed my body from bodybuilding, semi-professional football and now golf-exclusive performance. I have completed my Level 1 Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certification, SuperSpeed Golf Certification and am currently pursuing my TPI Level 2 Fitness and NASM-PES certification specializing in sports performance and golf. I believe that golf is an athletic sport and this means you must train like an athlete to perform at your best. With our 4 pillar programs for the golfing athletes body; Mobility, Balance, Speed and Power (MBSP), I will design your custom program in these areas to play your best golf and improve your swing! I guarantee you will be hitting the ball farther and more consistent, making more birdies and taking your buddies money at the end of the round. Let's get to work!
